Tender, fall off the bone chicken in a rich, savory sauce. This classic Italian dish may seem intimidating but it is made in just one pan and is much easier than it seems!

Ingredients

-Chicken thighs -Fresh onion, bell pepper, mushroom, garlic, thyme and parsley -Spices -Red wine -Chicken broth -Black olives

Saute the vegetables

Add the wine and broth

Add the chicken and cook

After carefully removing the chicken, add the olives and then thicken the sauce. Once thickened, you can add chicken back to the sauce.
