The day before making recipe, place cans of coconut milk in the fridge. This will allow the coconut cream solids to separate from the coconut water.
Remove the solids
Blend the ice cream mixture until its thick and creamy
Put the ice cream mixture in a loaf pan and place it in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Let ice cream sit at room temp for 5 min before scooping and serving.
