Combine the almond flour, salt, butter, and cream cheese.

Mix with a food processor or mixer until it resembles course crumbs.

Add an egg and apple cider vinegar, then continue mixing.

Roll the dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.

Chill the dough for at least 2 hours (but overnight is best).

Press into a prepared pan, pressing up the edges for your crust.

Bake at 350 degrees. If blind baking, use pie weights for the perfect crispy crust without bubbles.
