1teaspoonfresh rosemarychopped
1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper

Instructions
Toss the cubed chicken in the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and paprika.
Heat a large skillet to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chicken cubes to the skillet, being careful not to overcrowd them.
Cook the chicken undisturbed for 2 minutes, then use tongs to carefully flip each piece over. Cook on the other side for 1-2 minutes, until the chicken has good color. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Reduce the heat to low and carefully deglaze the pan with the white wine. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to scrape up any browned bits from the skillet.
Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter to the skillet, along with the garlic, fresh herbs, crushed red pepper, and soy sauce. Sauté for 1 minute, making sure not to burn the garlic.
Add the chicken and the drippings to the pan, and stir to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally for 5-6 minutes until it has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Serve immediately and garnish with fresh rosemary, thyme, or parsley if desired.
