- 1 english cucumber seeded and finely diced
- 1 ⅕ cups greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Slice and seed the cucumber, finely chop.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Allow the dip to chill overnight for best flavor.
- I used Fage 2% Greek Yogurt, if you use a higher carb yogurt the carb count will be different.
- If you are making this ahead of time, you may want to drain the cucumbers to reduce the water content of the sauce.
