Ingredients
  

  • 1 english cucumber seeded and finely diced
  • 1 ⅕ cups greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice and seed the cucumber, finely chop.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Allow the dip to chill overnight for best flavor.

Notes

  • I used Fage 2% Greek Yogurt, if you use a higher carb yogurt the carb count will be different.
  • If you are making this ahead of time, you may want to drain the cucumbers to reduce the water content of the sauce.
This recipe makes 6 (1/4-cup) servings, and each serving has 3.4 net carbs.
