Italian sausage
browned and grease drained

low carb marinara such as Rao's
1/2
cup
shredded parmesan

shredded mozzarella
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the zucchini lengthwise and use a small spoon to hollow out the inside of the zucchini. Place the zucchini in a baking dish.
Combine the cooked Italian sausage, low carb marinara and Parmesan cheese in a medium size mixing bowl.
Spoon the sausage mixture into the zucchini and top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the zucchini is tender.
