Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 3/4 cup roasted pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise + more if needed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well incorporated. Taste test and add additional mayonnaise, lemon juice or salt and pepper as needed.
