Parmesan Roasted Keto Cauliflower

Easy, delicious, and just 2.4 net carbs each.

Cut your cauliflower to get as many flat sides as possible. These will get super crispy!

Add cauliflower to a bowl, then add oil and seasonings. Toss to coat, then spread out on a baking sheet.

Roast for 15 minutes, then remove from oven. Sprinkle parmesan on cauliflower, toss to coat.

Roast another 10-15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
