Instructions
To make the simple syrup:
Combine 1 tablespoon of liquid monk fruit sweetener with 1 cup of water. Store in an airtight container; it'll last several weeks in the fridge.
To make the mango margarita:
In a blender, add the mango, tequila, simple syrup, and lime juice. If making a frozen margarita, add the ice as well. Blend until well incorporated.
Wet and salt the rim of your glass and fill it with ice (unless serving the margarita frozen). Pour the margarita into the glass and top with sparkling water if you'd like to add a citrus flavor most margaritas have.
