While the mini waffle maker is preheating, whisk eggs in a small mixing bowl.
Add in flour, baking powder, and seasonings, mixing until smooth.
Stir in shredded cheese and chopped broccoli until well combined.
When the waffle maker is ready, scoop 2 full tablespoons of the mixture and spread it onto the hot waffle iron. Close the machine and cook until all steam has stopped coming out from the sides (4-5 minutes usually).
For the crispiest chaffles, allow the hot chaffle to cool on a wire rack for several minutes to firm up.
