In a food processor, blend together the sour cream, Greek yogurt, chipotle peppers, cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, and lime juice and zest. Set aside.
Spoon the cooked chicken into the lettuce leaves, then top with avocado and chipotle sauce, and garnish with lime wedges and cilantro. Serve!
Notes
The sauce keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days. It’s best to assemble with the lettuce only when you’re ready to serve so the lettuce doesn’t wilt.
Use whatever lettuce you want to as long as it has nice broad, strong leaves. Butter lettuce, green leaf, and romaine work the best.
