Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup liquid sweetener monk fruit maple syrup if you're following keto or low carb diet, honey or maple syrup if not
  • 2 teaspoons espresso powder optional, but does add great depth
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese to a food processor. Blend on high for 1 minute. The cottage cheese should be light and fluffy.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend 30 seconds.
  • Serve with freshly whipped cream, fruit or your favorite add ins.

Notes

Net carbs are 6.4 g per serving
**Adjust the sweetener as needed based on your personal preference. If you prefer things very sweet you may want to do 1/3 cup of sweetener.
