Instructions
Add the cottage cheese to a food processor. Blend on high for 1 minute. The cottage cheese should be light and fluffy.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend 30 seconds.
Serve with freshly whipped cream, fruit or your favorite add ins.
Notes
Net carbs are 6.4 g per serving**Adjust the sweetener as needed based on your personal preference. If you prefer things very sweet you may want to do 1/3 cup of sweetener.
