Add all the marinade ingredients to a shallow bowl or ziplock bag and stir to combine.
Add the chicken and marinate for 4-8 hours in the fridge.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook chicken for 10 minutes, then flip and grill another 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through to 165 degrees. Remove the chicken from the grill and allow to rest for about 5 minutes.

Marinating is not totally required but it yields much more flavorful chicken!
