Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts choose small to medium size sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes if desired
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Slice the sprouts in half and set aside.
  • Combine the melted butter, garlic and spices, stir well. Pour the garlic butter mixture in a 2 quart baking dish or 11×7 baking dish. Tilt the pan back and forth so it coats the bottom of the pan.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan over the garlic butter, making sure to completely coat the bottom of the dish.
  • Add the sprouts, flat side down on top the parmesan and garlic butter. Roast the sprouts for 25-30 minutes. The sprouts are done when it is fork tender and the bottom side is crispy and golden brown
