1poundBrussels sproutschoose small to medium size sprouts
3tablespoonsbuttermelted
3clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
¼teaspoongarlic salt
¼teaspoonred pepper flakesif desired
½cupgrated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Slice the sprouts in half and set aside.
Combine the melted butter, garlic and spices, stir well. Pour the garlic butter mixture in a 2 quart baking dish or 11×7 baking dish. Tilt the pan back and forth so it coats the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle the parmesan over the garlic butter, making sure to completely coat the bottom of the dish.
Add the sprouts, flat side down on top the parmesan and garlic butter. Roast the sprouts for 25-30 minutes. The sprouts are done when it is fork tender and the bottom side is crispy and golden brown
