This Sausage and Cabbage Sheet Pan dinner is a simple, budget-friendly meal made with smoked sausage, cabbage, onion, and Cajun seasoning. It comes together with minimal prep, uses just one pan, and is low carb making it a dependable option for busy weeknights.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Meanwhile, slice the half a head of cabbage into wedges. Brush each side with olive oil and sprinkle with the cajun seasoning. Place on the baking sheet.
Cut the smoked sausage into 4 sections and quarter the onion, slice little slits in the sausage.
Add the sausage and onion to the sheet pan.
Bake 20 minutes, flip and bake an additional 10 minutes or as needed until the cabbage has reached your desired tenderness.
