low carb, lightly buttered or oiled

mozzarella cheese
shredded

pepperoni slices
depending on if you use small or large

Italian sausage
cooked

chopped red onion

Italian seasoning

low-carb marinara
Instructions
Heat a skillet to medium heat. Once warm, add a tortilla (butter side down).
Top the tortilla with meat, vegetables, cheese, and marinara.
Cook the tortilla 2-3 minutes until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling and flip.
When both sides are golden brown, remove from skillet, slice, and serve with warm marinara sauce.
