This Buffalo Chicken Wrap is a low carb, packable lunch you can prep ahead of time! All you will need is a few pantry staples.

In a small bowl, stir together the ranch dressing and buffalo sauce.
Lay out the tortillas and spread the buffalo ranch mixture evenly over the tortillas, leaving about an inch of space at the edge of the tortillas.
Top each with ¼ cup buffalo chicken.
Top evenly with lettuce and avocado, then roll tightly like a burrito. Serve!

I used the slow cooker buffalo chicken for these wraps. You can also stir together 1 cup shredded chicken with ¼ cup buffalo sauce instead.
