These Halloumi Fries are everything I love in a low carb snack – simple ingredients, no carbs, and ready in just 15 minutes. They’re crispy, cheesy, and satisfying enough to feel like a treat, yet light enough that you don’t feel guilty afterward.

How to Make Halloumi Fries
You will need an air fryer, cooking spray, and parchment paper to cook this recipe. Then simply follow the step-by-step instructions below.


- First, cut the cheese block into 24 fry shapes.
- Then you will line the air fryer with parchment paper and add the fries, leaving a little space in between. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Then cook for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F. Now, carefully flip, spray with oil again, and cook another 5-7 minutes until they reach your desired level of crispness.

This Halloumi Fries recipe is pretty versatile as a side dish, snack or appetizer. I make it most often as a low carb appetizer or snack. This recipe makes 5 servings so if you’re serving for a party or larger gathering you could double the recipe or pair it with some other appetizers. I’ve shared some of my recommendations below. Storage Instructions
These fries are best enjoyed fresh but you can store them if you would like. Allow the fries to cool completely prior to placing in an airtight container. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. I don’t recommend freezing this recipe.
