    Really good, I’m not a huge fan of sausage because of the skin but this recipe still turned out great. Used recipe as directed and it fed 2 people for dinner and lunches the next day.

      Thank you so much Alexis! I actually have the same issue with sausage too. Does smoked sausage bother you? It doesn’t bother me as much as Italian sausage and it works great in this recipe as a sub if you ever want to mix things up! 🙂
