I use my Crock Pot almost every week- it’s the best way to cook something low and slow! I love coming home to a hot, delicious meal that is all ready for me! But of course, I want to continue to stick to my keto diet. Convenience doesn’t mean that your meal can’t be keto! That’s why I’ve made so many keto crockpot recipes- I don’t always have time to make a large meal, but I know my slow cooker can do the cooking for me!

These meals are so easy and several can be prepped in advance- that way, when you need to add your ingredients to your slow cooker, everything will already be prepared! I like to use these clips to hold ziplock bags open, so I can just dump my ingredients right in. When I’m ready to cook, it couldn’t be any easier!
