Every week I will be sharing new meal plans to make keto meal planning easier! I stick with basic, delicious recipes that use quality, easy-to-find ingredients.
Most recipes you see here will be one pan meals that can be made in 30 minutes or less. Some few exceptions may be slow cooker meals that are easy “dump and go” recipes. This meal plan is designed for people who love good food, but don’t have hours to devote to complicated keto meals.
If you are looking for a way to watch your carb consumption while still eating food you enjoy, this is it! Below you will find links to each recipe (including net carb count) and how many servings each recipe will make.
I’ve included a printable shopping list and meal guide below so you can plan ahead. I’ll share a new menu for the week ahead every Saturday morning, so stay calm! Enjoy keto the simple way!
Monday: One Pan Lasagna

This easy Cajun Pork Chops and Fried Cabbage dish only requires one pan and 30 minutes! At just 3.7 net carbs, you’ll love this low-carb, keto approved dinner! This recipe serves 4 and has 3.7 net carbs.
Thursday: Pizza Soup
This easy Instant Pot Pizza Soup is loaded with meat and veggies in an ultra creamy, rich broth! At about 7 net carbs per serving, this is a low carb soup you can enjoy any time! This recipe serves 8 and has about 7 net carbs per serving.
Friday: Buffalo Chicken Taquitos
These 3-ingredient Keto Buffalo Chicken Taquitos can be made in under 10 minutes and have nearly no carbs! For the purposes of this meal plan, I increased the ingredients in the grocery list so that it serves 4 (so you’ll get 12 taquitos) and has less than one net carb per 3 taquitos!
Bonus Keto Dessert: Peanut Butter Fudge
