Slow cooker recipes are such a life saver, aren’t they? This Keto Slow Cooker Zesty Ranch Chicken is one of the easiest recipes out there. No pan searing or chopping required! For this slow cooker meal we add chicken breast, butter, cream cheese, ranch seasoning and pepperoncini peppers, just pop the lid on and let it cook low and slow all day!

- Chicken breast- fresh or frozen
- Cream cheese- I used full fat
- Ranch seasoning packet
- Pepperoncini peppers- optional, but they add a great flavor!

This keto crockpot chicken couldn’t be any easier. First, place all of the ingredients into the slow cooker. Next, mix everything well and put the lid on your crock pot. Finally, let your keto ranch chicken cook on low for 8 hours. When you’re ready to eat, shred the chicken and peppers. That’s it! The pepperoncini peppers aren’t very spicy, but they do add a nice kick. You could remove those instead of shredding if you prefer, but they give a nice flavor while cooking!

Just throw it into any recipe (thawed) that calls for cooked or shredded chicken!

This is an ideal meal prep recipe! You can cook several pounds of chicken just like this in one day, then portion out for separate meals to be used when you need them.
