No pan searing or chopping required! For this slow cooker meal we add chicken breast, butter, cream cheese, ranch seasoning and pepperoncini peppers, just pop the lid on and let it cook low and slow all day!

How do I make Zesty Ranch Chicken?
This couldn’t be any easier. Place all of the ingredients into the slow cooker, mix it up, and let it cook on low for 8 hours. When you’re ready to eat, shred the chicken and peppers.
The pepperoncini peppers aren’t very spicy, but they do add a nice kick. You could remove those instead of shredding if you prefer, but they give a nice flavor while cooking!
How should I store and reheat the Ranch Chicken?
Store any leftovers in an air-tight container and keep in the fridge up to 5 days or in the freezer up to four months. When ready to reheat, microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until heated through completely.
If you’re using this in a casserole or skillet recipe, you might not need to reheat separately. Just throw it into any recipe (thawed) that calls for cooked or shredded chicken!

- 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (1 ounce) package Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
- 8-10 jarred pepperoncini peppers
- Place all ingredients in a small slow cooker (I use a 2 quart and it fits perfectly)
