Can keto game day snacks be meal prepped?
Yes, many of these recipes can be made ahead of time to make your party planning experience even easier! I suggest taking a few steps to ensure that your keto meal prepping goes as smooth as possible:
- If you’re going to be making some things and freezing them until your guests come over, one thing to keep in mind is the storage. Be sure to wrap your keto snacks in plastic wrap (I usually do at least two layers) and then place in a freezer bag.
- Double your recipe! This way, you’ll have extra on hand in case extra guests show up, or you want to keep some on hand for during the week!
- Prep things in advance. I like to give myself an afternoon to just prep ingredients that require a little bit of time- chopping, slicing, etc. This saves me tons of time when I go to cook.
